Psychotherapist/Counsellor and Supervisor

Fiona is an experienced, qualified and accredited psychotherapist/counsellor and supervisor and a qualified play therapist. She works therapeutically with both adults and children. Her core training is person-centred with a creative, body aware and trauma informed approach.

Fiona’s experience and training enable her create a relationship that is warm, supportive, open and non-judgemental and she provides a safe space for a person to explore their own personal insights and awareness and to access their own resources for change and personal development. Fiona offers a practical approach in her support of a person and she has particular interests both in the therapeutic relationship with nature and in the area of spirituality.

Fiona has an MA in Counselling, a Post Graduate (PG) Diploma in Supervision and is an accredited member of the IACP and the BACP. She also has a PG Certificate in Play Therapy and a PG Diploma in Play Therapy among her other academic studies and trainings.
